On Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM, Sustainable Stouffville and We’re Circular hosted an inspiring in-person screening of the film 2040 at Stouffville United Church. The documentary explored positive, practical solutions already in use around the world to address climate change and build a more sustainable future.
Following the screening, participants took part in a facilitated discussion and enjoyed light refreshments. The free event brought community members together to learn, share ideas, and explore meaningful climate action.
The event was hosted by We’re Circular and Sustainable Stouffville, sponsored by the Whitchurch-Stouffville Legacy Fund, and presented by Stouffville United Church.
